 Dr. Mark Hughes
Mark Hughes is the pastor of West End Baptist Church.  A Virginia native, he is a life-long Virginia Baptist raised in the Town of Orange where Baptist history runs deep. He is dedicated to the idea that mission isn't just something we do, but a part of who we are as creations of God and followers of Jesus Christ.
Mark and his wife Kelly come to West End Baptist Church with their three childrenl. 
His interests and hobbies include music, art, movies, and history.

 Mrs. Kay Ingram .

Kay Ingram Kay Ingramis our Music Director.  Kay Ingram brings a wealth of music and drama experience to her role at West End Baptist. She has served as the Executive Director of the Central Virginia Film Institute in Petersburg, Department Chair of Musical Theatre at the Appomattox Regional Governor’s School for the Arts in Petersburg, and as the Music/Choir Director at Memorial Chapel at Fort Gregg-Adams (formerly Fort Lee). Kay has also led music and drama in various schools and churches in the region. She has a great love of Jesus and seeks to serve God with her talents and gifts at every opportunity.

 Dr. Brett Neville

Brett Staff Pic Brett Neville is currently serving as church organist. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in the Nursing program. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Hampden-Sydney College. He started his music training with piano lessons when he was only eight years old and began studying organ when he was fifteen. Brett was an active member of the Men's Chorus at Hampden-Sydney and participated in two European singing tours.

Brett earned his DPN from University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is
Associate Vice President, Associate Chief Nursing Officer at VCU Health.

For fun, Brett enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys swimming, tennis, camping, and traveling.

 Mrs. Kelly Amos

Kelly Amos Kelly Amos has served as secretary for West End for more than ten years.  She is the receptionist for the office and provides secretarial support for the pastor and other members serving in leadership positions.  Kelly is the primary publisher of our montly newsletter, The Torch, and produces weekly bulletins for the church, maintains files, helps with website updates, and maintains the church calendar.
